I had a good experience with CustomMade. They created the perfect ring for our engagement. The process was pretty streamlined, everyone I communicated with was quick to get back to me, I was provided with additional material options and designs and am very happy with what we arrived at. Shipping was quick, but there was an issue with the delivery (that's a UPS issue though, not a CustomMade one).
