The service and attention I recieved were excellent. I submitted a rather difficult and detailed design for the face of my signet ring and the Custom Made team didn't hesitate. They walked me through the entire process, and even owned up to a casting error which I never would have known about had they not chosen to share it. Transparency and honesty throughout the process. It took a couple of months to recieve the finished product and I'm very happy with the results.
