I was looking to get a custom piece done by our local jeweler, but he was unable to do it at the time so I went online and found Custom Made. I must admit I was hesitant about doing this cold for all sorts of reasons; all of which proved to be totally unfounded. From start to finish CustomMade kept me informed and aware of the progress with regular emails with photos as appropriate. Yes it does take a while to get something done to suit your individual needs, but Custom made did in a lot less time than I thought it would. My one mistake- my wife was borrowing my phone to look at some of our recent photographs and there was her CustomMade jewelery right in front of her. So much for a surprise Valentine's Day gift. But she loved it and it made it even more unique to explain it all to her. Would I recommend CustomMade- Yes, without a doubt.
