Got a Sapphaire engagement ring for my fiancé done with them. Customer service is the best in the game. Super responsive, and always made sure the ring was exactly what i envisioned. They made sure at every step to explain to me all my options and the advantages and disadvantages of each and were very honest about pricing as well. The ring came out beautiful and just like she wanted. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!
