My engagement ring turned out absolutely beautiful! The process was so smooth and the response from every specialist I worked with was so patient and supportive! I was constantly requesting design changes and even I felt I was annoying but they were so accommodating and positive the entire time and helped me create my perfect ring! They never left me hanging and answered all my questions diligently! Absolutely professional in the customer service department and I'm so happy with everything that I'm already starting on my wedding bands through them! 10/10 would recommend!
