From start to finish, these guys handled everything so well. My project was a family crest ring; their design team did a great job translating the image into a ring. We did about 3 or 4 iterations, and every time, they were very collaborative. It was so easy. Their process is excellent. From the salesperson to the designer to getting the project finished and approved to ship, everything was seamless. I also like the fact that I get a discount for repeat orders.
