I had no idea about how to get an engagement ring for my partner. I knew roughly what I wanted and that it would be nigh on impossible to get from an off the shelf normal jeweller. But having never had anything custom made and knowing basically nothing about jewellery I was fairly nervous. Custom made were amazing!! I came in with no expectations, just thought I would message them and see what happened and from the first online consultation and initial sketches right through to receiving my ring they were awesome. They guided me through the whole process and answered any questions I had, they were always very quick to reply and very helpful. The ring is gorgeous!!! As I said I only had a vague idea in my head of what I wanted and no idea how to make it a reality and the ring is exactly what I was thinking of in my head. I can't say enough how happy I am with it and my fiance is too!!!!!! Highly recommend Custom Made to anyone looking to have jewellery made!
