The experience was very nice! They listened to everything I had to say, and walked me through every step. When I wasn't happy with something they were very understanding and did everything they could to ensure I was happy. And they were very understanding when I wanted to change something. They were very honest with me and were so nice and helpful! I am very happy with my rings! I would definitely recommend them!
