About the worst I can say is that my necklace was shipped in a box the size of a modest briefcase, but that's a pretty minor gripe.
Everyone involved was very prompt and professional, and there isn't really anything about the process I can find to complain about. Ultimately I wound up with a quality pendent for about 1/5th the cost of what a few other places had quoted.
