They were great! They helped me at every step of the process and were very knowledgeable (despite my asking to go back and fiddle with the concept several times). Pricing was pretty transparent, and they accommodated that aspect as well. The ONLY negative I can say is that the final product will have a tiny maker's mark of the CustomMade symbol inside the ring. This was not in any renders of the ring prior, and it surprised me when I saw the final product. However, it is tiny and should be OK with most people. The ring I received is beautiful and exactly what I wanted!
