CustomMade were extremely helpful in guiding me through the entire process of creating my engagement ring. Everyone I had contact with was helpful and patient, and explaned everything simply at each stage. Though there was an issue when my ring was initially cast, the team reached out to me initially and said what went wrong and how they would be fixing the issue. I would absolutely trust them with another project, and plan to do so for my wedding ring set.
