A review is certainly appropriate for CustomMade. The entire experience from the beginning with the people I worked with was wonderful! This company knows what the meaning of "customer service" is and works diligently and closely with the customer to design and produce a great product to their expectations. I had gone to several other custom jewelers with my ideas but it seemed nobody was truly listening to me, they all had their own ideas of what I wanted! In the end I did an internet search and read a few reviews about CustomMade and decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. The design, implementation, production was superb and the end result is truly a 'one of a kind' heritage piece for a member of my family. Each and every step of the way I was pleased and the project cost was more than reasonable. Will I speak about CustomMade favorably to family and friends in the future? You bet I will! And I am already designing in my mind another ring...for myself...that will be unique and special and something that I can pass down in my family as a heirloom.
