I had a wedding band created. The project contact kept me updated constantly on the status of the work. He let me know up front what steps there would be, and when they would happen. When there was an unavoidable issue, he let me know promptly. I requested several changes during the design phase, and they were all graciously accepted. The process was not quick, but it was not unreasonably long, and since I was always made aware of the status of the work, it never felt like it was taking forever.
Ultimately, I got a lovely wedding band, that I love!
