The overall experience with Custom Made was great. I submitted the initial inquiry in January and received the ring about three months later. There were a couple of issues during the casting and gem sourcing but I was notified of them and always given updates throughout the process. Communication was excellent. The product itself looked exactly as I wanted and the price was reasonable as well.
