The process was well laid out and allowed for creative control throughout. Communication was great at each step in the process and we had awareness of all progress and necessary decision points. The design team was very helpful and ensured that our vision was executed in full. The overall timeline was very reasonable. Quality of the rings is great and they look even more lovely in person than the photographs could capture.
