I had a custom made ring made. First time ever doing so. The process was made very easy and went fast. Not being used to doing everything on the internet I had a minor problem/misunderstanding on the “accept proposal” part but however I was dealing with caught my mistake and guided me through what to do. The ring is great and I don’t feel the price was excessive considering it’s a custom design that they made for me. I don’t have any complaints and am having them make a second ring for me. My experience has been great and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else so I’m grateful to have found them.
