Working with CustomMade has been the best customer Service experience I have ever had. They were surprisingly prompt in responding to messages, sent beautiful renderings of the project design (a college class ring for my daughter), which they helped design, and the ring itself was just beyond our expectations. Even with a delivery glitch, where the project was returned, they re-sent it promptly and coordinated in a manner that ensured it was received before she graduated! I am beyond satisfied, and will happily return with my next project.
