I was well cared for while working with the team, and they were very accommodating to my circumstances: communicating in short, brisk bursts, at all hours and from various time zones, in support of a highly compressed schedule. They helped me rapidly iterate on my ideas, providing variants to choose from and drilling down on the details I preferred, before ultimately delivering exactly what I had hoped for at a truly breakneck pace. Two critiques that I would lay are that the gem expert seemed oddly determined to find me a 3ct stone, when I had specified 1.7-2.7cts as my preferred range (though we ultimately found a perfect 2.26ct stone), and that the photography of yellow gold on a yellow background makes for a muddier aesthetic that makes seeing the details more difficult (though I'm sure they would have reshot if I had asked, my time constraints prevented such a request). Besides these genuinely minor nitpicks, I am extraordinarily happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a quality custom ring made.
