I came into this process skeptical until the end. Yes they were very responsive and did their job very well. From the drawings to constant communication and updates. I was still worried that it was a scam. But in the end I did receive the actual ring that I helped design with the custom made team. I am very happy with this ring and I can't believe my vision has actually came to life.
