I am thrilled with my ring...even happier than I expected to be. I had bought a very inexpensive ring that i loved and decided I wanted it turned into a "real" ring. Every step of the process was laid out easily and very simple to follow. Each person I had contact with listened to my wishes and the outcome was PERFECT!!
