The whole team went above and beyond to work with me on a customized pinky ring. Each lead from the jewelry consultant, design lead and production lead kept me informed on each part of the process and estimated time each would take. Even though there was a slight issue in the production process, I was provided the update immediately and had a new estimated date of completion right away.
