I will be honest, at first I was skeptical about working with CustomMade, in this internet age you have to be weary of scams, and communications were done almost entirely through the website’s internal chat system. I was pleased though with every single step, I was even able to request a phone call and talk to the design coordinator I was working with. I was able to get a much better product for a much better price than going to a traditional jeweler. I was very picky about every detail down to the mm dimensions of the stones and they were very patient and understanding and helped every step of the way. The packaging I received the ring in was clean and very professional to the point I wanted to keep all the packaging. I was very happy with the final product and will be coming to them for future, rings, earrings, and necklaces I want to make for my fiancé.
