From start to finish the experience was wonderful. There was no pressure to move forward on a design, nor was there pressure to move forward with paying when a design was chosen. Timelines were wonderful and when it was time to move forward with actually creating the ring it went by in a flash. The communication is extraordinary and so helpful. My fiance has fallen head over heels for her ring, the stunning detail involved and outstanding craftmanship. She has already started looking at designing her wedding band with CustomMade!
