Working with CustomMade was EASY. They communicate throughout the entire process, were understanding with my timeline (I think I stalled for about 3 months when I needed to get the right sizing for my finance but couldn’t due to him being deployed). Every decision was mine, and they had experts for each step to ensure all my questions were answered and that I approved gems, designs, all of it. The shipping was FAST once everything was approved as well. The ring is beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice
