Throughout the entire experience working with them they always answered my questions super well. They were also able to bring my ideas to life with surprising effectiveness. The only thing I will say is that you may need to be able to make drawings of your own to share. It can be difficult both to explain what you want and for them to understand what you want without pictures for reference. This was not a problem for me because I was able to sketch out what I meant. My design was also a lot more detailed and specific than most of the other rings they have showcased in there site. It was an above and beyond experience working with CustomMade.
