We had a great experience with CustomMade. They were extremely patient with the design process, and were willing to incorporate any suggestions or feedback we had. All the members of the team we interacted with were quite responsive, never taking more than 48 hours to get back to our queries.
When we expressed that we weren't fully satisfied with the finish of the initial product, they went back and re-did the finish. And the final product looked amazing!
