From the early design phase on I was handled by different team members specializing in each part of my custom build for my soon to be fiancés engagement ring. The team was very quick with getting back to me regarding any questions or design changes (1-2 days). They were beyond knowledgeable, very professional and friendly, something you see less and less now adays especially as businesses grow.
