Overall, great experience! Created a ring with the family crest on it as a gift for my husband - It came out perfect! They listen to my requests and gave me recommendations when I needed it. The process was so easy from Start to finish. At no point did I feel any pressure and at no point did they try to convince me to get the most expensive option. Highly recommend this company and looking forward to working with them on future custom items!
