Using CustomeMade was an extremly convinent and easy process. Every representative that I comunicated with throughout the process of making my engagement ring was very polite, respectful, and helpful. I was initally concerned with how expensive the ring would be as i was on a tight budget. However I knew that I did not want to get a genaric ring for the woman who is now my fiance. (she said yes) This cocern soon washed away however as there was no charge until my initial ring design was completed. On top of that the staff was very helpful in comunicting what specific changes would effect the cost. Ovreall I could not be happier with my expireince and result from CustomeMade.
