From my first hesitant contact to the moment I was able to hold my fiance's ring in my hand finally - everyone was kind, patient, attentive, and cared about the details. I asked for a very unusual and unique ring and they tackled it and made it beautiful! They made adjustments when I asked and seriously brought my dream to life!
