Fantastic support with no pressure. It took me over a year to go through planning and payment just because life is life. When it was finally time to take that next step I was able to reconfirm my old design plans, make the payment & have my ring in less than 3 weeks. Staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient and prompt with responses. I was apprehensive about the process at first but through their guidance and support we were able to bring my vision to life! The rings all came out perfectly exactly how I envisioned and I am so excited to propose with a set that is as unique and special as my partner is.
