After a few unsuccessful attempts to find a ring for my fiancé in store, I decided to give CustomMade a try - and I'm so glad I did! The team was super patient with me through the design and gem procurement phases (~2 months). They were always willing to answer my questions and work with me to tweak the design. Even with me being indecisive and slowing down the process, I was still able to get the ring by my planned proposal date. The end result is a ring that is unique to my fiancé that she absolutely loves! I couldn't recommend them more.
