Excellent service and response time. Beautiful craftsmanship, both my wife and I were extremely happy with the end result. I did have an issue with my ring design (in regards to some surfaces that could not be polished) that took about 3-4 weeks to come up, that almost caused it to be delayed beyond when I needed it by. However upon bringing this up customer service was more than happy to help expedite my order to have it arrive on time.
