The whole process from start to finish was so easy. The replies on my design were very quick and there are so many options to choose from. The lead time on getting the final design, the photos of the model, and the arrival of the ring were very quick. The final product is amazing and has been crafted with such care I am extremely happy with this piece and would recommend it to anyone
