The experience I had with Custom Made was excellent. I had an idea for a religious necklace I was interested in making for myself and several of my family members. The team at Custom Made took my initial ideas and developed a prototype that fit my initial vision. Then, through several revisions, we got exactly what I sought. The team at Custom Made was responsive and detailed in how they took my feedback, represented it back to me, and then submitted it to the design team. I would definitely use the Custom Made team again.
