I was extremely hesitant when beginning this process online but all rings in stores just didn't excite me. Being in rural Canada, my options are limited and finances are tight - but CustomMade was so accomodating to me, my budget, and the horrible conversion rate from USD to CAD. CM made it so easy. I was actually shocked at how promptly I was responded to, and how personalized each interaction was. While they were obviously organized and in control, I certainly felt like I was in charge (as it should feel when doing this process!). They ACTUALLY weren't satisfifed until I was estatic about the ring design, gem stone, etc.
