Everyone was super friendly to work with, they gave updates throughout the process which made me feel secure in where my deposit was going. They were super helpful and flexible if I had any questions or wanted to make adjustments throughout the process. My now fiancée absolutely adores her new engagement ring and was so touched that I went with a custom option vs traditional store options. I can’t thank the designers enough for the I help in brining my vision to life through the sketches and the crafters for making it into a reality.
