Working with Custom Made was delightful. Our family designed a college class signet ring for my grandson, an item that was unavailable through any commerical outlet. It contained some unique design characteristics, including the college logo on the top and a source 4 light design on one side. We began the process January 3rd and the ring was delivered to us February 12th, a pretty quick turnaround. The cost was about 30% higher than a standard college ring, but similar to what a local jeweler would charge, without the availability of our unique design. This ring was not just engraved, it was poured into a perfect mold. The staff was wonderful, they're with you throughout the entire process, with almost daily updates on your project. The production team who brought it to life was incredible. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to create something unique.
