When I tell you this was a good experience would be an understatement. From the get go, Jordan started me off and made me feel comfortable and ready for the next step, Barbara started the design process and she was great, que Natasha, I'm not sure where everyone is found here but they are all Top tier. Natasha especially was so patient and kind with every step of the process. Nikhil the Gem expert sources EXACTLY the Gem i was looking for and made it happen effortlessly. Pauline ended it off just right. It was an incredible experience from day 1 and would recommend to anyone moving forward with a Loved one.
