I highly recommend this company. Not only will they make the process as easy as possible; they communicate all the additional benefits. Such as free cleaning; the repairs are also free if you do send it in for a twice yearly cleaning. They made sure to take time and care to make my vision came to life. They listen to what you want, send pictures that best capture what you're wanting, they sketch out a design, send 3D renderings then BAM! It's being made and takes less than a month depending on what you get. Not to mention they consult you personally throughout the entire process! They are a lot nicer and cheaper than other shops you can't even customize with. I seriously can't recommend them enough!
