The staff at Custommade kept me updated on the production of the ring from making the ring to it getting on m doorstep. They helped me pick out stones, ring metal, and anything else to make sure I had the ring I would fall in love with. This company doesn't ghost you or leave you hanging about information, tracking, etc. Custommade made sure I was pleased with the ring before they shipped it to me.
