The whole process was super simple. I needed some help designing my ring, and the employee assigned to me (Ryn) was extremely helpful. I gave her a pinterest board with some things that my girlfriend liked, and then she helped me design the perfect ring. The whole time, communication was quick, the pricing was very reasonable and transparent (ended up being cheaper than if I got the same ring from a standard jeweler), and I always felt in control of the project.
