I was a little skeptical of the process to begin with. Who buys a ring without seeing it or talking with someone in person.
I'm very impressed with the service. The design consultation was great. The person I was working with asked a lot of questions. The designs she brought back to me were awesome. The designers were able to make something that matched perfectly with the wedding bands my fiancé designed with CutsomMade.
When I got the ring, I was blown away by the quality and detail that went into it. Simply amazing.
