Incredible communication, transparancy and accomodation to all requests; the team at CustomMade made the entire process so straightforward. Any alterations to the design I requested were delivered promptly and I felt comfortable taking my time deliberating over the draft designs. My finished piece is stunningly beautiful and high quality, with obvious care being taken in its crafting. It thoroughly exceeded all expectations and my now fiancée is incredibly happy with it (I catch her admiring it all the time!).
