I provided Custom Made with our company logo but asked to remove part of the text because I only wanted the artwork portion of our logo made into a pendant for an upcoming retiree. My plan is to use this same pendant for all future retirees. They kept me informed every step of the way. I truly felt taken care of, like I was shopping at an upscale jewelry store. Of course, there’s always that moment of trust when you provide the final payment, hoping everything will turn out as promised. I was blown away! The necklace exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was impeccable, and the product was absolutely stunning — delivered right on schedule.
