I have used custommade twice now - the first time to create the most amazing bespoke engagement ring, which my fiancé absolutely fell in love with, the process was amazingly simple, supportive and the whole team made me feel at ease from start to finish and then again to produce a matching wedding band to complement the engagement ring. I reside in the UK therefore the idea of sourcing the most important purchase of my life (aside from a house) so far from across the Atlantic could have been daunting but the team went above and beyond for me, even delaying shipping to accommodate my requests. You are listened to throughout the design process, nothing is an inconvenience, the design process is easy to follow, you are talked through every step of the journey, the investment casting process of production is quick considering every item is bespoke and the final outcome is flawless. My partner has been wearing her engagement ring for 4 years now and simply will not take it off. I haven’t received the second piece yet, at my request I had it shipped to a family member as a surprise for my partner on our wedding day but have received feedback that it is perfect!
