From the beginning to the end of my custom necklace/pendant project, I was very satisfied with the level of customer care and service provided. Custommade was able to take the photos and ideas that I gave them to create a design that looked exactly what I imagined for my necklace, and then made it a reality. The only thing that could have been better was the final photos they sent of the finished product. I feel like the professional photos they took did not capture how good the final piece actually looked. The pendant looked a little dull or like it had a matte finish in the photo, but on arrival it looked very shiny and polished like it did in the 3D models, which was a huge relief since I paid for it to look that way.
