Exceptional in every way - from project management (Samantha), designer support, craftsmanship, timeliness and over all understanding - this was such a rewarding and bond-building experience for my now husband and I. We had originally tried working with a local jeweller since we had our own stone and were anxious about working with a fully remote company and shipping it to them but we’re grateful 1000x over when we made the call to work with Custom Made instead. Truly wish I had a better way of describing the trust and security we felt once we started working with the CM team - they made what seemed like an impossible deadline happen. Now we’re starting a second project for a mated ring due to their ability to deliver such a unique design.
