My experience with CustomMade was only positive from start to finish. My jewelry consultant, Samantha, was extremely responsive, usually responding to messages within a day, and very helpful when it came to designing the perfect ring within my small budget. CustomMade really made me feel like I mattered as a customer and I loved being involved in the process of designing the ring. No complaints!
