We are thrilled with the experience we had with CustomMade. Initially, silly me made a mistake and asked for a bigger size for my fiancé's engagement ring and we sent it back and was remade, no issues. We were so happy that we ended up ordering the wedding bands as well. All in all the whole process was a very fun experience, loved to see the sketches and bounce around ideas with the team. It's great to see what you pictured in your mind come life and knowing you're involved in the making, makes the finished product that much more special. Would highly recommend to anyone. My fiancé lost a vintage ring her grandmothers gifted to her, so that might be our next project ;).
